Error: Insufficient memory to run Windows...(due to wrong version of boot file).
Error:
Insufficient memory to run Windows. Reconfigure your system to increase available memory, and try again. Windows has stopped.
Cause:
The wrong versions of the required boot files were found in the root folder of the boot drive. Windows 95 OSR2 is incompatible with the boot files from any earlier version of Windows 95. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart the computer.
Solution:
Use the Windows 95 OSR2 Startup diskette to reboot the system.
1) Insert the Emergency Boot diskette in drive A and restart the computer.
2) At the DOS command prompt, type the following and press ENTER:
SYS C:
3) Remove the Emergency Boot diskette from drive A and restart the computer.
